I just bought one today and am wondering if there is anyone actually running this company? Im going to keep it for a week and if nothing is improved I will be returning it and get a fitbit....I did receive the update but like you, I don't know what it fixed?
Do you know if there is a way to reset the steps?
If you are waiting for updates about their products especially firmware you will be waiting a long time. they have a 3 year history of this being ok with their customers.
