I had a play- just got a touch- but can't erase play?

I just updated to a striiv touch, from a play--but the app only recognizes my play, which has been gone for a long time and dormant. I tried to de-authorize the play, the app ignores me. I tried to register the touch using the app- but the app ignores me. I tried to restart the app, and reinstall it-- neither worked. Any other ideas? Leigh

Hi Leigh, the following should help: 

  1. Open the app and select the Play tile (shows picture of device) on the app's main screen. Scroll down to select de-register device and follow the prompts to do so.
  2. Delete the app. 
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Re-install the app.

That should get rid of the Play showing in the app and should allow you to pair the Touch. If that doesn't fix it, email us at customercare+touch@striiv.com for further assistance.
