Tried all that. Couldn't be bothered with a product not working from the get go so returned it and got a different brand. Thanks anyway

Hi Melissa, initially we'd suggest logging out/in - the log out function is under user settings in the app menu. If that doesn't help, shoot us an email at customercare@striiv.com and we'll help you troubleshoot further.
