Striiv play dead despite protocol

Got as gift ~ 6 months ago. Can you send teplacement?

My wife and I were each given 1 of these for our anniversary by our daughter in June. Mine quit working with no power in august and I never got around to doing anything with it because I rarely used it. My wife"s did the same thing last week and she on the other hand uses hers. We have tried resetting each one with a paperclip as per the instructions with no result. It shows no indication of charging on either device. Please help.


Mine quit on me yesterday. I have had it less than 6 months. 

I bought mine in July and it died on me. Help. It will not restart.

Mine is dying after a very short while of use.  My wife's has died and she is not interested in using the equipment any longer.  I bought three devices in April 2013 and learned today that the third device quit about two months ago.


Very frustrated with the equipment and the attitude from Customer Care about verifying the device is not more than one year old.  Has the device been in circulation since before January 2013?


While I sit at my desk, I have to charge the PLAY, but if I don't remember to put it on, those steps are lost and it also the energy.
