If your Play has been paired with the Striiv Activity Tracker app but it is not syncing data from the Play to the app, there are a few troubleshooting steps that you can try that should resolve the issue:

Force quit (shut down) the Striiv app (so that it is no longer running in the background of your phone/tablet).
- On your iOS/Android device, briefly turn on airplane mode in settings and then turn it off.
- On the Play, use a small paperclip to press and hold the reset button (on the side of the Play - the small opening next to the USB port) for 20 seconds.
- If it still wont sync, please try restarting your iOS/Android device.
